If the only one is the antecedent, the one is the next generation, and the attributive clause behind it can be guided by who or that. If one is a substitute, it is guided by that instead of which. That is to say, the antecedent is indefinite pronouns, or the antecedent is modified by the superlative form of adjectives or ordinal numbers, and the relative pronoun should use that instead of which.
