Boiled frog practice:
1. Cut the frog into small pieces and paste it with a little salt, yellow wine and starch;
2. Dice the onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the dried pepper into sections;
3. Put the frog in the boiling water pot for later use;
4. Put a little oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add tofu and bean paste, stir-fry red oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper, add a little water, and add a little salt, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate to the pot. Then put cucumber strips, Taiwan Province pickled cabbage and bean sprouts, take them out and put them in a bowl, slide the frog soaked in water into the pot, and put them in the bowl together with the soup when it is discolored and cooked;
5. Wash the pot, heat it with spicy oil, then pour the pepper and dried pepper into the pot and stir-fry, and then pour it on the cooked frog.
