Broiled rooster how to do it to taste
Tools/materials: chicken thighs, onions, green peppers, dried chili peppers, ginger, garlic cloves, cooking wine, chicken casserole condiments, water, pots, pans, plates, cutting boards, knives.
1 onion, garlic cloves, green pepper cut, ginger sliced, dried chili ready.
2 chicken thighs cleaned and chopped, blanched to remove floating minerals and then served.
3Heat the oil, sauté the garlic slices and chicken casserole condiments, then sauté the chicken pieces.
4 Pour water, boil and cook for 10 minutes, add dried chili, then sauté onion and green pepper.
5 Add sugar to enhance the aroma, stir-fry and plate, complete the roast chicken.
