Sprouts hydroponics (with wheat green juice)
Soak the seeds: soak the seeds in warm water at about 30 degrees overnight, the water doesn't matter, up to 24 hours. Pour out the water and spread the seeds thinly on a seedling tray (don't stack them), put water underneath flush with the seeds, but not waterlogged.
(Only radish seedlings do not need to soak)
If you do not have a water storage box, put a kitchen towel in the tray, lay the seeds flat on the paper, evenly sprayed with water, the air can be dry if you can set a transparent bag outside. If you find that the paper is a little dry you need to spray it wet immediately.
If you have a water tray, change the water every day in hot weather and once every two days in winter. After germination, the root system will grow, and as the root system becomes more and more developed, it will need more and more water, so you should spray water to cover the root system as a standard.
Take them out of the bag during the day or leave them open, but don't put them in direct sunlight. Even if the seeds have germinated, as long as there are still ungerminated seeds, keep them in the bag at night to keep them moisturized and warm.
When the wheat seedling reaches 10-12cm in seven or eight days, it can be harvested. Wheat seedlings can be juiced with fruits and vegetables, which is nutritious and tastes good. (My own favorite way of combining see below)
Tips
Wheat seedlings green juice: weigh 15-20 grams of wheat seedlings, with favorite fruits and vegetables juice, and then add some lemon juice, honey, ginger (can be driven away from the cold, because wheat seedlings taste of pungent, cold), within 30 minutes to drink.
