Steamed sea bass, stir-fried water spinach with fermented bean curd

Method:

Heat oil, add garlic and two pieces of fermented bean curd

Stir-fry the fermented fermented bean curd into pieces, stir-fry water spinach until raw, and season with appropriate amount of salt.

Cut the sea bass into small pieces and add a few slices of ginger. Put it in a pot and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then pour off the steamed juice.

Add in shredded green onions and drizzle with hot oil. Add steamed fish soy sauce.
