Egg Bun Slices
Ingredients: Eggs, steamed buns (sliced)
Practice:
1. Beat the eggs, add ? tsp. salt, 1 tsp. chicken broth, ? tsp. five-spice powder, and a small ? tsp. black pepper, and mix well.
2. Brush oil on an electric cake stall or pan and preheat.
3. Slice the buns, dip both sides evenly in the egg wash, and fry in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
