Embroidered cocci, also known as Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus bisporus, belong to Polyporaceae and Embroidered cocci. The meat of Embroidered cocci is relatively dense and difficult to cook when eating, so it takes about 10 minute to cook.
Ordinary mushrooms grow in the shade, while Pleurotus eryngii needs more than 10h of light every day, so it is the only "sunshine mushroom" in the world. In Europe, America and Japan, it is extremely popular and expensive. Embroidered cocci also contains a lot of β-glucan, antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin E.
