Spicy Fried Dried Fish
Materials
1 cup dried fish, 2 red chili peppers, 1 green onion, 1/2 tbsp ginger paste, 1/2 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt.
Methods
1: Wash red chili peppers, remove seeds and chop finely; wash and chop green onions.
2. Wash and dry the dried fish with absorbent paper, then fry in a hot frying pan with garlic and ginger until fragrant, then drain off the oil and set aside.

Beer Dried Fish and Egg Congee
Ingredients

How to make
