Required materials: 5 kg of white radish, 50g of salt, 5 petals of carrot 1 kg, 2 slices of ginger, 500ml of white vinegar, 300g of sugar, 350ml of cold boiled water, and appropriate amount of lemon juice.

Cooking process:

Prepare raw materials, white radish and carrot, wash the white radish and carrot with clear water, and then peel them with peeler respectively;

Cut carrots and radishes into small strips with a knife. The size and thickness of the strip depends on your own needs, but if it is cut too big, the curing time should be appropriately extended. Or master it yourself!

Put all the sliced radish strips into a large pot, and then add 50g salt into the pot. Don't put too little salt, because if you put too little salt, the preservation time of radish strips will be shortened.
