Garlic steamed abalone, small five minutes is enough, medium seven or eight minutes can be done as follows:
Tools/materials: small abalone, garlic, ginger, green onion, salt, oil, knife, pot, water.
1, small abalone cleaning shell, deal with clean.
2, cut flower knife.
3, garlic and ginger peeled and minced, the finer the better.
4, put the ginger and garlic minced in a bowl, add salt and oil and mix well.
5, put the ginger and garlic on the abalone.
6: Place in a pot of boiling water and steam over high heat for 4-5 minutes.
7, put the green onion on the steamed abalone while it is still hot, out of the pot is ready.
