How to make dried mulberries?
The production process of dried mulberry is as follows: fruit harvesting, mulberry drying and mulberry preservation.

1. Fruit harvesting: firstly, wash the mulberry with clear water, then put it in a cool and ventilated place and let the clear water on its surface dry. It should be noted that when buying mulberries, you should choose fully mature ones.

2. Mulberry drying: then hang a rope in a sunny and breathable place, and then hang the dried mulberry on the rope to dry. If the mulberry falls during drying, collect it and dry it in the sun. After a week or so, the mulberry was almost dry.

3. Mulberry preservation: After the mulberry is dried, dry leaves, impurities and some shriveled mulberries are removed. Here, you can directly blow them out with the cold air of the hair dryer and finally put them in plastic bags for preservation.

Mulberries have a longer storage time.

Find a storage tank, put black mulberry on the first floor, add sugar on the second floor until it is full, and then cover the discharge refrigerator to store it for a week. However, if the storage time is too long, although it is not easy to mold, it will affect the taste.

Put the washed black mulberry into an open container, cover it with a fresh-keeping bag, or put it in the refrigerator in separate bags. It can prevent photosynthesis from affecting its quality. Until you want to eat, just melt it in boiling water.

The most inconvenient way is to dry, but that will make the storage time longer. The specific method is: cleaning with tap water, picking off residues, cutting off long handles, exposing in the sun for a few days, and then sealing with packaging bags.
