Drunken peanut practice
1, peanuts bubble up, peel off the red skin of peanuts, use kitchen paper to absorb water, and put it in the refrigerator for one night.
2. Put the oil in the wok, add the frozen peanuts, slowly heat the oil with low fire, remove it after frying, and after the oil temperature rises a little, put the peanuts in the re-frying, remove it and drain the oil.
3. Leave a little base oil in the pot, put pepper and stir-fry the dried red pepper.
4. Pour in peanuts and stir fry. Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt before taking out the pot and season with white sugar. It's crisp and fragrant after cooling.
