Cultivation method and process of chanterelle mushroom
Chicken fir mushroom, also known as chicken meat silk mushroom, is a kind of large fungi, known as "the king of wild edible fungi". It is rich in nutritional effects and expensive on the market, so it has attracted the attention of many growers. According to reports, the technology of artificial cultivation of chanterelles is still unsatisfactory, and its related technology has just started, and there are still a lot of difficulties in the actual operation. So most of the mushrooms we see on the market are now wild. So how exactly should we grow chanterelle mushrooms? Let's take a brief look.

1, the construction of the bacterial shed

It is advisable to choose a place with convenient transportation, near water, clean environment and fertile soil. Shed east-west 100 meters long, 8 meters wide, wall height of about 3 meters. In the construction of the bacterial shed, you can adjust the area of the mushroom shed according to your own situation and according to the local situation.

The roof of the shed is preferably constructed with steel, which is strong and durable. A layer of polyethylene anti-fog film is used to prevent water droplets from falling on the bacteria inside the chickens, and a black insulating quilt is applied to the polyethylene anti-fog film to control the temperature inside the shed. In addition, a door should be installed on one side of the shed to facilitate normal access for management personnel, and the other side should be equipped with an exhaust fan to ensure air circulation.

2, the preparation of culture medium

The first one is a closed formula made of 75% wood chips, 1.5% gypsum, 20% wheat bran, 140% water and 3% termite nesting soil, the ingredients are weighed and stacked for 2 hours without water, with a water content of 65% or so, i.e., the water droplets between the cultures do not drop, and then fill the polypropylene bag with 17×45 cm, and disinfect and inoculate it according to the routine.

3, fungal culture

Place the inoculation bag in the pre-sterilized culture room, adjust the bag temperature between 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, mycelium 40-60 feed culture normal.

4, planting and management

(1) The temperature in the shed should be maintained between 25 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, the temperature difference between day and night is controlled at about 10 ℃, the ground temperature is controlled between 25 ℃ ~ 27 ℃, the air humidity is maintained at about 90%.

(2) When a certain amount of diffused light is given, the light intensity is controlled at about 300 lux.

(3) When the temperature is too high, turn on the exhaust fan to cool down, when the temperature is too low, lower the insulation quilt to increase the temperature in the shed, when the bacterial beds are dry, water the aisle between the bacterial beds and the bacterial beds to increase the humidity of the bacterial beds.

5. Bacteria production management

Cocklebur is usually produced from June to October in summer and fall. Temperature control at 24℃-28℃ is suitable. When the temperature is high, the roof of the shed is thickened and shaded, the ditch is shallow and water is stored, and the space in the shed is sprayed in the morning and evening to keep the air moist. In addition, the temperature and humidity difference between day and night can be increased to improve the quality of bacteria. During the emergence period, dragonflies often bite the mushroom body, which can be captured artificially.

The above planting technology of chanterelle mushroom has been briefly introduced, in general, the planting technology of chanterelle mushroom there are still many operational points, can not be summarized one by one, at present, the technology is still in the early stages of research, and would like to invest in planting the friends must recognize the risk, but also to carry out systematic research on professional planting technology.
