Step 1:Wash the chicken thighs and split them into pieces; you can also use chicken wings, just not split into pieces!
Step 2:Mix the ice water and marinade and pour it over the chicken nuggets, mixing well; if you really want to eat this deliciousness early, we recommend using a sturdy pocket, sealing it, and wrestling and rolling it around on the table until the juices are largely absorbed by the meat. Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator and leave to marinate for a number of hours, we recommend 12-24 hours, preferably turning every two hours.
Step 3: Coat the marinated chicken pieces with a layer of flavorful pre-sprinkled flour, then shake off the floating flour.
Step 4: Make a slurry of 1:1.5 Superfry Powder to 1:1.5 water. Place the chicken pieces in the slurry, making sure the slurry evenly coats the chicken pieces, and drain off the excess slurry.
Step 5: Deep fry the chicken pieces in a frying pan until the surface is golden brown. According to the size of the chicken pieces, control yourself, and finally drain off the excess oil juice, if the chicken pieces are large you can first steam before frying.
