Steamed silver carp
Raw materials:
Silver carp 1000g, salt, ginger, onion, cucumber, carrot and canned green beans.
Exercise:
1, scale silver carp, gut, gill net, wash with water, and dry the water with emery cloth or paper towel.
2. Cross-cut three or four incisions on both sides of the fish, preferably to the belly of the fish, and put them on a plate for later use.
3. Take a proper amount of refined salt and monosodium glutamate (the dosage depends on personal taste, which can be two or three times as much as usual), put it in a bowl and stir it evenly, then evenly spread it on the fish body, incision and belly, and marinate it for more than ten minutes.
4. Take two green onions and a piece of fresh ginger, cut the green onions into four parts along their diameter lines and cut them into small pieces; Slice fresh ginger into filaments and mix with shallots for later use.
5. Take a fresh cucumber and a carrot, wash them, cut them into 1 cm thick dices, and prepare a canned green beans (or a little raw green beans) for later use. Put the chopped onion ginger into the incision on both sides of the fish and the belly of the fish.
6. Prepare a steamer, put in clean water, spread with emery cloth, put in the sorted silver carp, and steam for about 15 minutes. Put the half-cut cucumbers and diced carrots into another dish, and it is best to put them evenly and beautifully.
7. Take out the steamed silver carp, carefully remove the onion and ginger from the fish, carefully move it to a plate with cucumber and diced carrots at the bottom, and then put the other half of cucumber, diced carrots and green beans on the fish. Take a proper amount of cooking oil, pour it into the pot and fry it. If the green beans are prepared in advance, you can put them in boiling oil and cook them thoroughly, and finally pour the hot oil on the fish.
