Manuka honey is one of the varieties of honey and is not classified below.
Manuka honey comes from the pure and pollution-free virgin forests of New Zealand.
Manuka is a kind of black tea tree. Its leaves and bark have been used as natural herbs by New Zealand's indigenous Maori people for hundreds of years. They can be made into analgesic, antipyretic, cold medicine and disinfectant.
Every early summer, the white flowers of the black tea tree cover the entire hillside, attracting swarms of bees to collect nectar to brew unique Manuka honey.
Manuka honey has certain health effects and can also effectively improve gastrointestinal diseases such as gastroenteritis, indigestion and diarrhea, duodenal ulcers, and improve stubborn skin wounds.
It should be noted that when taking Manuka honey, you must read "UMFX" clearly. People of different ages should take different standards of Manuka honey according to their gastrointestinal health.
UMF plus sign " " represents the UMF content coefficient of Manuka honey. UMF10 means that its antibacterial ability is the same as that of an aqueous solution of phenol 10; UMF15 means that its antibacterial ability is the same as that of an aqueous solution of phenol 15; UMF20 means that its antibacterial ability is the same as that of an aqueous solution of phenol 20.
