How to make seafood pot:
Ingredients: 1 hairy crab, 100g prawns, 1 bundle of potato starch.
Accessories: appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms, appropriate amount of spinach, appropriate amount of crab sticks, appropriate amount of soaked beans, appropriate amount of squid balls, appropriate amount of dried squid heads, appropriate amount of fine salt, and 1 portion of stock.
1. Prepare stock, hairy crabs, prawns, bean paste, fish balls, crab sticks, spinach, enoki mushrooms, and potato starch.
2. Heat the stock and bring to a boil, add potato starch.
3. Add squid balls and cook together.
4. Soak the squid heads in boiling water and set aside.
5. Put the soaked squid heads into the pot.
6. When the soup base is about to boil, add fine salt.
7. After the soup base is boiled, soak the beans in the pot.
8. Put the crab sticks into the pot again.
9. Cook until the soup base boils again, then add the processed crabs and shrimps to the pot.
