1. Look at the color and hardness of the meat. Pork tenderloin is relatively fresh and tender. It can be made into skewers in the market, or marinated in large pieces as a dish. It is suitable for all ages.
2. If it is fried tenderloin, cut it into thin slices as much as possible and leave it in the pot for two or three minutes. If it goes into the pot in lumps, you can use chopsticks to poke into the meat. If it is easier, the spine meat is almost done. Although the tenderloin is tender, it should not be fried for too long. Cooked tenderloins are uniformly white, except those that have been marinated and seasoned with heavier colors.
