1. Slice ginger, and choose the onion for later use.
2. Prepare water in the pot, wash the chicken, put it in the pot, add ginger slices, boil over high fire, and skim off the floating foam.
3. Red dates and Lycium barbarum Morchella are all in the pot. Turn off the fire, cover the pot, and simmer for about 1 hour.
4. Turn off the fire, sprinkle with shallots and stew the soup. (You can add some salt to taste)
