What is Baker&Spice?

It is a cake and pastry restaurant located on the 1st floor of Ganghui 66 Plaza, No. 1 Hongqiao Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai (at the intersection of Huashan Road).

Wagas, the parent company of Baker & Spice, is a wholly foreign-owned Western food chain company dedicated to providing healthy and fashionable food. The company owns multiple brands such as Wagas, Bistrow and Baker & Spice, and has developed rapidly in China in recent years. Soon, the number of branches exceeded 30. Before Baker & Spice entered, Wagas’ first southwest store had already taken the lead in Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li, Chengdu.

Baker & Spice is a European-style bakery owned by Wagas, a Western-style light meal chain restaurant. Therefore, from the decoration style of the store to the bread and cakes produced, they all follow Wagas' "simple and casual style."
