September 30, Friday, rain.

Today, my mom brought some mung bean sprouts back, and my dad said he wanted to teach me how to make bean sprouts, I was ecstatic, when my dad brought a flower pot and two wash basins. I saw my dad first wash the mung beans and put them into the pots, then added some water to them and told me to soak the mung beans for one night.

October 1, Saturday, rain.

In the morning, I came to the kitchen early and noticed that every green bean in the pot was bulging, as if it had grown fat.

October 2, Sunday, cloudy to sunny.

Today's beans are all swollen, some have a cracked belly, and some have sprouted!

October 3, Monday, sunny.

After I patiently "bathed" today, the little buds actually transformed into a "small tail", plus the fat bulging "fat" beans, like a very good Tadpole! This pot of "tadpoles" are scrambling to shed their skin to see whose tail is the longest and whose head is the biggest.
