Materials:
Ingredients: wheat flour (600g) and black sesame (60g).
Accessories: eggs (300g)
Seasoning: salt (12g) lard (refined) (100g) peanut oil (120g).
Practice:
1. Wash black sesame seeds and dry them.
2. Put the dough in the basin, knock in the eggs, add the refined salt and lard, and make dough. Knead it evenly and thoroughly for about 0/0 minute.
3. Put the dough on the chopping board, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, roll it into rectangular thin slices, and then cut it into diamond-shaped pieces to make the hemp leaf green body.
4. Pour peanut oil into the wok. When it is 80% hot, add the raw hemp leaves. When it is fried to golden brown, remove it and drain it. You can eat it.
Tips:
Peanut oil in the seasoning is used for frying, so it should be prepared to be more than the actual consumption.
