First, let's take a yellow pepper. Here, Bian Xiao first talks about the choice of colored peppers. You can look at its upper and lower parts. Be sure to choose this kind of colored pepper that is not particularly large and has a smooth skin, as shown in the figure below. This vegetable pepper tastes better. We can wash this colored pepper first.

Put the colored peppers on the chopping board and remove the inedible parts at the top and inside. Then we cut the colored pepper in half, then cut it into thin strips and put it in a bowl for later use.
