Currently the main cultivated species are common oil tea, small fruit oil tea, Vietnamese oil tea, etc., of which the common oil tea in the Cenxi soft branch oil tea is recognized as a good variety of farmers, and through the national species validation, which is earlier than the general varieties of 2 ~ 3 years results in a higher yield of 1 ~ 2 times. It blooms 3 to 4 years after planting, and enters the full production period in the 7th year, with oil production of more than 450kg per hectare. Cen soft 2, Cen soft 3, two asexual lines from which were selected and bred are now widely popularized in the production of planting. In addition, there are many excellent asexual lines such as Gui Wu 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 selected and bred by Guangxi Academy of Forestry.
