2. Practice: (1) Prepare all materials. Soak rice in water for two hours in advance to shorten the cooking time. Slice prawns, shred squid, shred mushrooms and soak scallops.
(2) Fill the pot with proper amount of water. If you like more soup, add more water. Boil the water, pour in rice, scallops and mushrooms, and cook.
(3) After the water is boiled again, turn to low heat and slowly boil.
(4) Cook until the rice becomes thick and soft, then add shredded squid and continue to cook.
(5) Add proper amount of salt and oil.
(6) Add prawn slices and Jiale chicken essence seasoning.
(7) Boil again and add celery beads to turn off the fire.
