Method of Lamb and Ribs Soup

Lamb and ribs preparation.

Pot of water, add wine, 3 slices of ginger, under the ribs blanching. (Mutton is blanched before, to be blanched after the ribs blanched under the pot and then blanched can be)

Sea kelp and peanut rice to prepare.

Blanched ribs and lamb washed and drained.

Lamb and spare ribs, put into a stew pot, add ginger, scallions and dried chili.

Add enough hot water.

Add the cooking wine.

Heat the water on the outside of the crockpot as well, turn on the power, and select the stew program for 2.5H.

While the stew is simmering, wash and cut the soaked kelp into chunks, and blanch the peanuts and then peel them.

After 1H add the processed kelp, peanut rice.
