The pagoda of balanced diet is divided into five layers, including the main types of food we should eat every day. The location and area of each floor of the pagoda are different, which to some extent reflects the position and proportion of various foods in the diet.

Milk and legumes occupy the fourth floor, and you should eat milk and dairy products100g and beans and bean products 50g every day.
The spire of the fifth floor is oil, which does not exceed 25 grams per day, and salt does not exceed 6 grams per day.
Healthy people drink moderately, and people with heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, liver disease and other serious diseases are forbidden to drink.
Pagoda doesn't recommend the intake of sugar. Because the average amount of sugar eaten by Chinese residents is still small, eating less or eating more appropriately may have little impact on health. But eating more sugar will increase the risk of dental caries, especially children and adolescents should not eat too much sugar and sugary foods.
