Maoshu is very similar to Huaishan. See below for how to eat:
Materials required: 2 sweet potatoes, 100 grams of glutinous rice flour, 100 ml of fresh milk, and appropriate amount of sugar.
1. Wash the potatoes and steam them for 15 minutes, let cool and set aside.
2. Then peel and crush the cooled potatoes.
3. Add milk and sugar.
4. Add glutinous rice flour and stir into paste.
5. Continue to add glutinous rice flour and knead into a ball.
6. Knead the dough into small and large pieces.
7. Put it in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
