The following methods can be used to distinguish the authenticity of rose tea:
1. Weigh the weight. When buying scented tea, first grab a handful of scented tea, weigh it, and carefully observe whether there are flower pieces, stems, and broken pieces. High-quality scented tea is heavier and should not contain stems, broken pieces, etc.; inferior scented tea is lighter in weight and is allowed to contain a small amount of impurities.
2. Look at the flower shape. The appearance of scented tea is full of strips and uniform in color; see whether the petals are more whole or broken. The more whole petals are of better quality,
3. Smell. Smell to see if there are any other unwanted odors, then put it under your nose and take a deep sniff to determine whether the floral fragrance is pure. The scent of good-quality scented tea is strong, but the scent of scented tea is not strong, and the quality is second.
4. Tea soup. After brewing, you should check whether the color of the tea soup is red. If it is red, it means that pigment has been added. The color of the rose tea soup will be similar to that of ordinary green tea soup, slightly darker, and more earthy yellow or light red. Try not to drink dried rose tea, but drink flower tea instead, so as to avoid the loss of nutrients.
