5. Put a proper amount of water in the bottom of the pot and steam it on a steamer 15-20 minutes. It is not advisable to open the lid during cooking and steam it thoroughly at one time, otherwise it will affect the taste of the crab. During steaming, you can chop ginger into dices and put them in vinegar. After steaming, you can add vinegar to eat.
