Steps
1. Prepare cold rice, preserved vegetables, chopped green onions and eggs.
2. Chop green onions, cauliflower and preserved vegetables into cubes and set aside.
3. Heat the pan and add oil.
4. Crack the eggs into the rice, mix until loose, then stir-fry lightly.
5. Add appropriate amount of fine salt and stir-fry until flavourful.
6. Add diced preserved vegetables and stir-fry.
7. Finally, turn off the heat, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
