Tools/materials: flour, baking powder, cake crust, plastic wrap, refrigerator, cloud leg stuffing, baking tray, red pigment, clean water, kitchen paper towels, wooden seals, oven.
1, mix flour and baking powder evenly, then mix all the crust materials and knead into a roughly smooth dough.
2. Divide the kneaded dough into 25g pieces, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes. Then divide the mooncake stuffing with cloud legs into 25g pieces, knead it into a circle, and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until it is set.
3. Squeeze the loose dough, wrap it with cloud leg stuffing, pinch the mouth, make all the moon cakes in turn, and put them on the baking tray.
4. Mix the red pigment with a little water, pour it on the kitchen paper towel, let the paper towel just absorb the pigment water, press the wooden seal on the paper towel and dip it in the red pigment.
5. Press your favorite pattern in the middle of the moon cake. Deal with all the moon cakes in turn and preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Bake the middle layer for about 20 minutes until the moon cake is golden yellow.
