First, home-made tofu:
Ingredients: half a catty of old tofu, a small amount of black fungus, bean paste, a small amount of salt, a small amount of pepper, a small amount of monosodium glutamate, a moderate amount of ginger, a moderate amount of shallots and a small amount of oil consumption.

Third, shredded potatoes with green peppers:
Ingredients: one potato, one green pepper, three cloves of garlic, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chicken essence, one tablespoon of cooking wine, one teaspoon of sugar, appropriate amount of sesame oil and oil.
