It is not complicated to cook at home, and its main varieties include: griddle chicken, dry pot duck, griddle shrimp, griddle crab, griddle piranha, griddle rabbit, griddle bullfrog, dry pot ribs, griddle beef and griddle vegetarian dishes.

The so-called dry pot means that you can't add water when stir-frying, and the default taste of the dry pot must be hemp, spicy, salty and fragrant. Therefore, pepper, pepper and coriander are indispensable seasonings in the dry pot, and it is best to have onions and garlic to enhance the taste. Generally speaking, the cooking procedure of the dry pot is as follows: first, fry the ingredients in oil and break them, so as not to affect the taste when stir-frying with seasonings; Then stir-fry spices such as pepper and pepper, then pour in the main ingredients, add soy sauce, sugar, Chili sauce, etc., and stir-fry them out of the pot. 1. griddle chilli shrimp

Ingredients: 300g of sea shrimp, potato, red pepper, dried pepper, ginger slices, onion, garlic, coriander 1 teaspoon, pepper and a little white pepper.

Seasoning: soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, bean paste (or any spicy sauce you like), sesame oil and starch.

Steps:

(7) Add the red pepper and stir fry slightly, then add the fried shrimps and potato chips. At the same time, quickly pour the sauce prepared in step (3) and stir fry slightly, pour in sesame oil, and sprinkle with coriander segments to serve.

2. Grilled chicken nuggets

Ingredients: chicken leg, green pepper, red pepper, dried pepper, garlic, starch.

Seasoning: soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine, sesame oil.

Steps:

(1) boneless chicken leg, cut into pieces the size of mahjong tiles, pour appropriate amount of starch, soy sauce and cooking wine, and marinate for about 20 minutes.

(2) Wash the red and green peppers and cut them into rhombic pieces about the size of chicken pieces; Cut the dried pepper into sections with scissors; Chop garlic into garlic granules.

(3) After the chicken pieces are marinated, dry the water and pat a thin layer of dry starch on the surface.

(4) Pour the oil that can't pass the chicken nuggets into the pot, and after burning to 80% heat, put the chicken nuggets in and fry the chicken nuggets into golden brown with a big fire.
