1. Wash onion, ginger and garlic and cut them into sections for later use.
2. Wash the pork and cut it into pieces for later use ~ It is best to choose plum meat or pork belly for pork ~ Just bring some fat meat and it will taste better.
3. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic in the pot, and then stir-fry the meat.
4. Wash the beans and stir fry together.
5. Add sugar and soy sauce while stirring.
6. After frying, pour in water. The water should not exceed the beans, add salt and chicken essence, then cover the pot and start stewing the beans.
7. After the beans are boiled for three or four minutes, spread the noodles on the beans, and at the same time, take out the soup from below with a spoon and pour it on the noodles (if dry noodles are used, it is recommended that the noodles be boiled in water before this step, so that the noodles will not stick, because I use dry noodles, but fortunately there is a lot of space and it will not stick) so that the noodles can fully absorb the soup.
8. Cover the pot and continue to simmer until the soup is basically dry, and then prepare the dish.
