Materials
1 carrot, 2 tablespoons of cornmeal, salt, monosodium glutamate (MSG), green onion, garlic, cilantro, and dried chili peppers
Methods
1.1. Peel carrots and slice them into matchstick-thick julienne strips
2.2. Add cornmeal to the julienne strips, so that a layer of cornmeal is evenly distributed over the surface of the carrot. Add the salt (the salt must be put later, so that the carrots will not be watery), monosodium glutamate (MSG) and mix well, put it on a plate, and sprinkle the rest of the dry powder into the carrots
3. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and put it into a steamer, then turn it to medium heat and steam it for 10 minutes. (Remove from the pot immediately after steaming, open the plastic wrap, and use chopsticks to spread the carrots so that the excess water vapor evaporates as soon as possible, this is to allow the carrots to be dry.)
4. chopped green onion, garlic, cilantro, dried chili pepper cut into sections, in the steamed carrots on the steamed carrots in turn into the cilantro section, chopped green onion, minced garlic, dried chili pepper section
5. pot of hot oil, hot oil poured in the dried chili pepper and mix well
