The pickling method of mustard and sauerkraut is as follows:
Preparation materials: 5 mustard greens, 1000 ml of boiling water.
1. The first step is to wash and drain the prepared mustard greens.
2. Then scald it with the prepared boiling water, as shown in the picture below.
3. Let it sit for 2 minutes after ironing.
4. Then put it into the prepared bottle.
5. Pour in boiling water, the water level should exceed the mustard greens.
6. Wait for 72 hours before taking it out, so the mustard sauerkraut is ready.
