Ingredients:Pork, Snake Beans, Cooking Oil, Cooking Salt, Starch, Red Chili Peppers, Green Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Soy Sauce.
Methods:Wash the snake beans, cut them horizontally from the center, remove the seeds inside, and cut them into julienne strips. Wash the pork, cut it into shredded pork, put it into a bowl, add appropriate amount of starch and cooking salt, mix well, then marinate for a while. Wash and shred the red pepper. Peel and crush the garlic. Cut the ginger into julienne strips. Take a pot, add cold water and bring it to a boil, add the shredded snake beans to the pot, bring it to a boil, strain it out and control the water. Restart the wok, add cooking oil to the wok, heat it up, add the marinated shredded pork to the wok and stir fry until browned. Place the shredded meat on a plate, add the ginger and garlic to the pan and stir-fry several times, then add the shredded snake beans and stir-fry. Return the shredded meat to the pan and continue to stir-fry, then add the shredded chili peppers and green onions to the pan and stir-fry well. Add a small amount of soy sauce and cooking salt to the pan, stir-fry well and turn off the heat.
2. Shredded Snake Beans and Fried Sausage
Ingredients:Snake beans, eggplant, sausage, cooking oil, cooking salt, green and red bell peppers, ginger and garlic.
Methods:Wash the snake beans, remove the pith and shred them. Shred the sausage and set aside. Wash and shred the green and red bell peppers, shred the ginger and peel and slice the garlic. Place a wok on the heat and add the appropriate amount of cooking oil to heat. Add the shredded ginger and sliced garlic to the pan and saute. Add the shredded snake beans and eggplant to the pan and stir-fry well. When the ingredients are tender, add the shredded sausage and continue to stir-fry. Add shredded green and red bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt, toss to coat and turn off heat.
3. Garlic Snake Beans
Ingredients:Snake beans, cooking oil, salt, garlic.
Method:Take an appropriate amount of snake beans and wash them. Cut into short and even slices, remove the pith and cut into julienne and set aside. Peel the garlic and chop it into minced garlic and set aside. Take a pan, add cooking oil, heat it and stir fry the garlic powder in the pan. Add the processed shredded snake beans to the pan and toss well. Add a good amount of cooking salt to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes. Turn off the heat when the ingredients are cooked.
