1. Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft and set aside.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the pot, add peppercorns and dry red pepper and fry until fragrant.
3. Add the minced meat and stir-fry over high heat until the meat turns white.
4. Add a bowl of water, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of dark soy sauce and a tablespoon of light soy sauce and bring to a boil over high heat.
5. Add vermicelli and continue to boil over high heat.
6. After boiling, add a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
7. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.
8. Take it out of the pot and put it on a plate. It tastes fresh and delicious.
