1. Pour medium flour and high flour into a basin, and add baking powder and sugar.
2. Knead thoroughly into a hard dough with100g warm water.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and make it twice as big as before.
4. Divide into 12 equal parts and knead evenly 15 minutes.
5. Take a small portion of dough and knead it into a cylindrical strip.
6. Surround the red dates with long columns and leave a distance at the interface.
7. Dip some water in the interface between the two sides and stick them together into drops.
