Short Mushroom Ribs Soup:
(1) Ingredients: moderate oil, moderate chicken powder, moderate soy sauce, moderate old soya sauce, moderate sugar, moderate pepper, moderate cornstarch, moderate water;
(2) Ingredients: ribeye steak and dried shiitake mushrooms
(3) Steps:
① Soak ribeye steak in water for 30 minutes to remove the blood water, and then wash it again. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chicken powder, pepper, cornstarch and clear mix well, marinate for about 1 hour;
②Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms;
③Cut them into julienne strips with kitchen scissors;
④Put them into a steaming tray;
⑤Marinated ribeye steaks are placed on top of the shredded shiitake mushrooms;
⑥Put them into a pot;
⑦Govern with a lid, and steam for 20 minutes;

⑦Get the lid on. Steam on high heat for 20 minutes;
