Methods
1 Slice the white pomfret fish into thick slices and season with two-quarter tsp salt. Marinate

3 Cook the rice and water in a wok to soften the rice, but still keep the shape of the rice grains
4 Just before serving, add the fish, chicken jing powder, soya sauce and salt and cook until boiling, then remove from the heat
5 Serve the congee in a bowl, sprinkle with the pepper, Chinese cabbage, green onions, coriander grains, fish sauce and oil for frying the sliced onion
6 Serve with soy sauce
