1. Site: Stichopus japonicus should be cultured in a quiet place with sufficient light and convenient drainage. Clean up the silt in the pond before breeding, and then disinfect the pond with quicklime. 2. Seed selection: healthy and disease-free spiny fish are selected for breeding, and spiny fish of different sizes are raised separately. 3. Breeding: The time for stocking stickleback is generally from May to June in spring, and it needs to be fed regularly. Generally, rotifers are dominant, and earthworms or Tenebrio molitor can be fed in small quantities.
The suitable temperature range of stickleback is 7~30℃, and the suitable water temperature for growth is 20~29℃. Under the condition of artificial culture in the pond, the dissolved oxygen in the water is 3.5 mg/L, and sea urchins prey on small invertebrates, including aquatic insects, small fish, shrimp and aquatic plants.
