How to make Mango Sago Dew with Coconut/Yogurt ?
Heat enough water to a full boil, do not wash the sago! Pour it directly into the hot water, stirring slightly. Keep the heat on medium until there is only a little white color in the core of the rice. Turn off the heat. Keeping the heat on medium means that the water is at a boil and keeps the sago flowing without sinking to the bottom
Prepare the ice water, use a mesh spoon to scoop up the sago and put it into the ice water, keep an eye on the temperature of the water, if it's too hot, pour some hot water off and then add cold water.
Mango cut cross and then scoop out the diced pulp.
Add yogurt, coconut milk, mango pulp and sago as you like.
