Onion, Potato and Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
Onion half, 1 potato, 6 mushrooms, 6 mint leaves, 1 small piece of butter, 50 ml of milk
Methods
1. Wash the onion and cut it into small dices; wash the mushrooms, slice them and blanch them.
2. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and steam them under water until crispy; then use a spoon to press the potatoes into puree.
3. Melt the butter in a pan and add the onion, then add the mushrooms, mashed potatoes and mint leaves.
4. Add milk and water, bring to a boil and thicken with cornstarch, then add chicken powder to taste.
