Ingredients: rice, lean meat, preserved eggs, onions, ginger;
Steps:
1. Wash the rice, drain the water, drop a little cooking oil and mix well, and marinate for ten to thirty minutes;
2. Put cold water in the pot and cook the ginger slightly;
3. Add shredded pork, bring to a boil, and skim off the floating foam;
4. Put the oil-soaked rice into boiling water;
