Formula: pork tripe 1 (about 500g), fresh bergamot 15g and 4 slices of ginger.
Methods: the pork belly was degreased, washed clean, and then the fishy smell was washed away with boiling water. Put bergamot, ginger and pork belly together in a pot, add appropriate amount of clear water, boil with strong fire, slow fire 1 ~ 2 hours, and season.
Efficacy: soothing liver and regulating qi, harmonizing stomach and relieving pain.
Usage: Eat meat with soup, and eat with meals.
