Accessories: appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of pepper
Preparation steps:
1. Light Soak in salt water for half an hour, clean with a brush, and rinse twice.
2. Steam on the upper drawer for 10 minutes (be sure to re-tie them before steaming on the upper drawer to avoid losing the legs).
3. Cut the steamed hairy crabs in half.
4. Heat the oil pan and sauté the onions and ginger until fragrant.
5. Add crab pieces and stir-fry.
6. Add salt, pepper, cooking wine and a small amount of soy sauce to taste.
7. Remove from the pot and plate.
Notes:
1. When steaming crabs, be careful not to over-steam them.
2. You can add more ginger. Ginger and crab are good partners.
