1. Soak snails in water to remove sand and impurities from snails.
2. Add some practical salt to make snails spit sand faster.
Add some cooking oil to the water to prevent snails from stealing.
4. Brush the dirt off the snail shell with a brush.
5. Cut off the snail's tail with scissors (from the penultimate ring)
6. Soak the chopped snails in clear water to further remove impurities. Then you can eat.
