2. Ribs soaked in blood, drain and set aside.
3. Add a spoonful of garlic chili sauce and a little chili powder to the ribs.
4. Add one tablespoon of rib sauce and half tablespoon of ketchup to the ribs and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
5. Place a layer of vermicelli in the bottom of the dish.
6. Layer the ribs again.
7. Put the vermicelli on top again and turn on the pot on high heat for 20 minutes and it's ok!
Tips
1. Be sure to cut the ribs into small pieces so that they will be cooked through in 20 minutes.
2. Vermicelli steamed together with ribs tastes superb, so you may want to put more.
3. If you don't like spicy food, the flavor of garlic chili sauce is fine.
